The MiSK Foundation has acquired an 8.1% stake in the Embracer Group for approximately $1 billion in cash. The acquisition will allocate 99.9 million B shares to Savvy Gaming Group, which will control 5.4% of the votes in the Embrace Group. The MiSK Foundation is owned by Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia. Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud also invested in Capcom, Electronic Arts, Nexon and Take-Two. The MiSK Foundation also owns 96.18% of SNK Corporation. The crown prince has been heavily criticised across the world for alleged involvement in the assassination of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, the forceful removal and killing Huwaiti tribe members and the support of Chinese concentration camps for Muslims.
