Ubisoft has announced that Tom Clancy’s XDefiant, a free-to-play first-person shooter, will release on the 21st of May 2024 for the PlayStation 5, PC and Xbox Series. The PC version of the game will be exclusive to Ubisoft Connect, the PS4 and Xbox One versions are no longer planned.

Tom Clancy’s XDefiant will launch with a six-week “pre-season”, during which a ranked mode will also be available. The game will then kick off a seasonal system. Like virtually all seasonal systems the game will launch with a season pass that will cover three months worth of content.

As a reminder, we have an exciting Year 1 ahead of us with new content coming every single season.

After our six-week Preseason, XDefiant will have a seasonal cadence. Every three months, the community can expect new weapons, maps, events, and a new faction.

In total Year 1 will include an additional:
