Ubisoft has released an upgrade for Far Cry 5 on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series as part of the game’s fifth anniversary celebrations. The next-gen upgrade adds a 60 fps mode, the Xbox Series version of the game will also support enhanced resolution. The PS5 version will not feature any changes to the resolution as it is not a native PS5 version of the game. A similar situation was also present with the next-gen upgrades for Assassin’s Creed Origins and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
