Kazunori Yamauchi, CEO of Polyphony Digital, has revealed that the studio is not working on a PC port of Gran Turismo 7. Yamauchi-san’s comments come after Western media incorrectly stated that the studio was interested in bringing the Gran Turismo franchise to PC.
Yamauchi-san clarified by saying that he must be “open to all possible options” and that a PC port of Gran Turismo 7 is not out of the question. Gran Turismo 7 should be one of the priorities for Sony Interactive Entertainment’s push in the PC market as it has a strong online presence and simulation games tend to do quite well on PC.
Gran Turismo 7 is currently available on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
