Valve Corporation has revealed the best-performing Steam games of 2022, the list is made up of tiers and the games are ranked based on the total revenue for 2022. No specific figures were revealed but we do know that three titles from PlayStation Studios made the list.
First up is Bungie’s Destiny 2 which is highest on the list. Destiny 2 is featured in the Platinum tier which also has the likes of Elden Ring, Apex, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel!. Next is Santa Monica Studio’s God of War which is in the Gold tier alongside Cyberpunk 2077, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Grand Theft Auto V. Lastly is Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man which is in the Silver tier alongside Stray, Final Fantasy XIV and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
Several PlayStation Studios titles released this year did not make the list including Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection and Sackboy: A Big Adventure. Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales however was only released in November 2022.
