Toei’s One Piece Film: Red sold over 5 million tickets in its first 10 days, earning over ¥7 billion ($52.97 million) in the process. This makes it the highest-grossing One Piece movie of all time, surpassing One Piece Film: Z which earned a total of ¥6.87 billion ($51 million).

One Piece Film: Red is currently tracking higher than both Detective Conan Movie: Halloween no Hanayome and Jujutsu Kaisen 0, it is also on track to become the highest grossing movie of 2022 in Japan. Ado, the artist that performs Uta’s songs, has also topped the worldwide charts on Apple Music.

The movie will come to the Western cinemas this Fall in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA via Crunchyroll, the Western release will be available in both English sub and dub.
