Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that Sega’s Yakuza series will be joining the PlayStation Plus lineup in 2022. The entire Yakuza collection will be available on the service but some require you to be subscribed to the highest tier. Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4 and Yakuza 5 are remasters not remakes like the Kiwami games so Sony Interactive Entertainment classifies them as Classics so those games are locked behind the highest tier (Premium and Deluxe). Four of the games will join the PlayStation Plus catalogue in August and the rest of them will join later in 2022.

Here’s the list of Yakuza games coming to PlayStation Plus:

  • Yakuza: Like a Dragon – August (Essential / Extra / Premium)
  • Yakuza 0 – August (Extra / Premium)
  • Yakuza Kiwami – August (Extra / Premium)
  • Yakuza Kiwami 2 – August (Extra / Premium)
  • Yakuza 3 Remastered – 2022 (Premium)
  • Yakuza 4 Remastered – 2022 (Premium)
  • Yakuza 5 Remastered – 2022 (Premium)
  • Yakuza 6: The Song of Life – 2022 (Extra / Premium)
