Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part II has sold over 10 million copies worldwide since releasing in June 2020 for the PlayStation 4. Rochelle Snyder, senior communications manager at Naughty Dog, has also claimed that the studio continues “to see exciting, new avenues to introduce curious audiences and galvanize fans”. The game also had the biggest opening for a PlayStation 4 first-party title. The Last Us, which is available on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, has sold over 20 million copies.
