CD Projekt Red has announced that Cyberpunk 2077 has sold over 18 million copies across the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series. The last sales update was in April 2021 by which point the game had sold 13.7 million copies. Piotr Nielubowicz, CFO of CD Projekt Red, has also confirmed that the company see great potential for the game and will continue to support it throughout 2021 and beyond.

CD Projekt Red has also confirmed that the first major expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 will release in 2023 and that it will share more details about the expansion later this year. The expansion will feature a new storyline, no other details were revealed. Nielubowicz also confirmed that CD Projekt Red is working on other downloadable content for the game, some of which will presumably be free, but did not share any other information.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Stadia.
