CD Projekt Red has announced that it has decided to indefinitely delay the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Whilst no reason for the delay was provided, CD Projekt Red has confirmed that the development of the upgrade has been shifted from Saber Interactive to an internal team. More details, including the new release window, will be shared once CD Projekt Red’s internal team assess the scope of the work. The PS5 and Xbox Series versions of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was scheduled to release in Q2 2022.
