Capcom has announced that it will be raising the base salaries of all Japanese employees after breaking profit records for a fifth consecutive year. Salaries will be raised by 30% and a new bonus system that is tied to the company’s performance will also be introduced. Capcom has also confirmed that it is looking to increase its recruitment and training systems. A chief HR officer, which is a newly appointed role at the company, has also been appointed to better facilitate communication between employees and management. Capcom will share its financial performance in May 2022.
