Bandai Namco has announced that it will be raising the base salaries of all of its Japanese employees from April 2022 as part of its plan to stabilize employee income. Bandai Namco has also confirmed that it will be introducing a new “Activity Based Working” structure that will allow employees to choose their own work schedule. The salary increase will be around ¥50,000 ($435) on average per month, starting salaries will also be increased to ¥290,000 ($2500).
