Hiroki Totoki, chief financial officer at Sony Group, has confirmed that there are 10 live-service games in development at Sony Interactive Entertainment and that they will release before March 2026. It’s currently unclear as to whether the new Bungie IP is included as the acquisition has yet to be completed but Totoki-san said that Bungie’s experience will be invaluable going forward.

Jim Ryan, CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment, previously confirmed that the company were working on live-service games but that they won’t affect the “narrative-led titles that PlayStation fans know and love”. Totoki-san also confirmed that Sony is interested in bringing PlayStation IP to mobile, this is the second year running that Sony has expressed interest in leveraging PlayStation IP in the mobile space.
