A new consumer survey has reportedly leaked the existence of Armored Core 6, the survey claims that the game is in development at From Software. From Software, best known for the Dark Souls franchise, last worked on the Armored Core franchise in 2013 with Armored Core: Verdict Day. The new title is reportedly a third-person shooter with “three-dimensional, dynamic action” and a “high degree of freedom in customisation”. The survey also included two short gameplay videos, which hint at the gameplay being souls-like, but they were not made public. From Software are currently working on Elden Ring, which is due out on the 25th of February 2022 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
