Awarded to titles that were developed in Japan or Asia with the highest worldwide sales between October 2020 to September 2021.

Special Award

Awarded to titles that were developed outside Japan or Asia with the highest sales in Japan or Asia between October 2020 to September 2021, Independent titles that were developed in Japan or Asia with the highest sales between October 2020 to September 2021 and titles developed in Japan or Asia with particularly noteworthy activities during the PlayStation 5 launch period.
