CD Projekt Red has confirmed during an investor meeting that the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt are both on track to meet their respective release windows. The next-gen upgrades for both Cyberpunk 2077, due out in the first quarter of 2022, and The Witcher 3, due out in the second quarter of 2022, will be available for free for existing owners. The next-gen upgrade of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is in development at Saber Interactive and will include new DLC content inspired by the Netflix adaptation of the series. No other details about the next-gen versions of Cyberpunk 2077 of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt were revealed.
