Capcom has announced that Resident Evil Village has shipped over 4.5 million copies worldwide since releasing on the 7th of May 2021, this figure includes digital sales. This is an increase of 500,000 units since the last update of 4 million on the 26th of May 2021. It took Resident Evil 7: Biohazard 10 months to ship 4.1 million copies. Resident Evil Village is available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Stadia.
