Sega has announced Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown for the PlayStation 4, the game will release on the 1st of June 2021 as a digital-only title and will be a PS4 console exclusive. Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown was rebuilt on Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s Dragon Engine and features new background music for every battle arena in the game. The game also has improved lighting, a new interface as well as a new opening cinematic. Several improvements were also made to the online features, players will now be able to spectate online matches in real-time, create their own custom tournaments and create lobbies.
