Mac Walters, director of Mass Effect Legendary Edition, has claimed that the multiplayer mode from Mass Effect 3 could still come to Mass Effect Legendary Edition. BioWare confirmed long before the release of Mass Effect Legendary Edition that the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer mode would not be included in the collection.
Walters now states that he has a “never say no” attitude towards bringing the multiplayer mode to Mass Effect Legendary Edition. According to Walters, BioWare “want to see what kind of reception the Legendary Edition gets and what the demand for the multiplayer is” before committing to bringing the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer mode to the collection.
