Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, game director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, has resigned from CD Projekt Red following claims of workplace bullying. According to a report from Bloomberg, CD Projekt Red conducted a workplace investigation which resulted in Tomaszkiewicz being found not guilty of any workplace bullying.
Despite this Tomaszkiewicz opted to resign and acknowledged that he may have caused “fear, stress, or discomfort” and apologized for any “bad blood” that he may have caused. Tomaszkiewicz also confirmed that he will be taking some time to work on changing his behaviour.
