Daisuke Sato, producer of the Yakuza franchise, has revealed that he would like to return to the Binary Domain series. Sato-san claims that he would like to return to the first game and make changes to certain parts and redo other parts altogether. Binary Domain was released in 2012 for the PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360. The game was the first game developed by RGG Studio and it was a commercial failure for Sega, the game has however achieved a cult-like following.
