Bohemia Interactive, developers of ARMA and DayZ, has confirmed that they have reached an agreement to sell a minority stake in the company to Tencent. Bohemia Interactive has also confirmed that they will continue to operate independently and that the company will continue to be led by the same management team. Tencent were working with Bohemia Interactive prior to the acquisition through their publishing agreement to bring Ylands to China. No details about the acquisition were revealed.
