Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that Housemarque’s Returnal for the PlayStation 5 has been delayed to the 30th of April 2021, the game was originally scheduled to release on the 19th of March 2021. The delay was implemented to give Housemarque more time to further polish the game.
Here’s what Sony Interactive Entertainment had to say:
Returnal has a new release date of April 30, 2021. SIE and Housemarque have made the decision to move the release date in order to give the team extra time to continue to polish the game to the level of quality players expect from Housemarque.
