Koei Tecmo has posted its financial results for the third quarter of the 2020 financial year, revealing that the company had a record high performance in the third quarter. Operating Income for the company was a record high at 10,919 million yen, all other figures were also record highs for the third quarter. Koei Tecmo also announced that Nioh 2 has shipped over 1.4 million copies on the PlayStation 4, this means that around 200,000 copies were sold since October 2020. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity also surpassed 3.5 million copies shipped on the Switch as of December 2020, this makes it the best selling game in the Musou series. Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy shipments also surpassed 220,000 copies, the game is currently only available in Japan and Asia.
