Wrighton, a mod creator, has a released a new mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that allows users to play the game at 60 fps on the PlayStation 5. The mod is also available on the PlayStation 4 but doesn’t always live up to the promise. The mod, like all mods for the game, will disable trophies but there is a workaround, you can find a step by step solution below.
How to use the 60 fps mod without disabling trophies:
- Download and enable the 60 fps mod.
- Load a save or start a new playthrough.
- Return to the main menu without closing the game.
- Disable the mod from the game start menu.
- Reload save and the game will continue to run at 60 fps.
- Repeat steps 1-4 every time you close the game.
