Daisuke Ichihara has announced his departure from Capcom to join ILCA (I LOVE COMPUTER ART). Ichihara-san was the director for both Monster Hunter World: Iceborne and Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate. ILCA has assisted on several console games including NieR: Automata, Code Vein and Dragon Quest XI.
Here’s what Ichihara-san had to say:
You only live once, right? I’d like to build an organization that can realize the proposals of staff who have something they want to create. I myself joined the company as a mid-career hire, but I really want to build up this young organization together.
