Sergey Ivanov, best known for writing the script for GSC Game World’s S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl video game, has away, he was 66 years old. The cause of death was the COVID-19 virus. Ivanov also wrote for the unreleased S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Oblivion Lost, which GSC Game World used as a source of inspiration for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.
